Raj Bridgelall holds a Ph.D. in Transportation & Logistics from North Dakota State University (with a 4.0 GPA) and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University (where he finished in the top 5% of his class). Raj is an experienced principal investigator and lead scientist who have delivered on more than $3M in USDOT research grants. He is an academe research scientist and industry technology leader with more than 30 years of experience as principal investigator, technical manager, and product developer. He is a professor of transportation and teaches graduate level courses on Intelligent Transportation Solutions (TL 757) and Cyber-physical security (TL 751). His research products in the discipline of intelligent transportation systems include 29 journal articles, 7 book chapters, and 91 other refereed scholarly publications. He has 143 US patents issued or pending. Raj served as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for several mid-sized RFID system manufacturers, and Chief Technologist (RFID) for Motorola’s Enterprise Mobility Division.
