Paolo Trere is Embedded System Engineer at Microchip Technology with nearly 20 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry.  Before joining Microchip, Paolo started his career in Italy in the late nineties as an Electronic Designer, and soon moved to several Field Application Engineer roles in different companies as Avnet, Future Electronics, AMD, NXP and finally joined Microchip in 2012. His expertise is mainly focused on wireless technologies and since 2012 he supported all products related to Wifi, Bluetooth, Sub-GHz radios and Lora. The years of experience in the Cloud/Server and IoT areas gave him also a strong background on Security and Authentication. He joined the San Jose team in 2017 where he’s the reference for wireless applications support.
