Inertial measurement units (IMUs) are designed to measure acceleration, angular rate and orientation of a dynamic body. These are manufactured in a wide range of features, specifications and prices. This session provides attendees with a better understanding of the information necessary to make a judicious selection of an IMU for their applications and focuses on applications such as autonomous vehicles, precision agriculture, robotic arms, drones, virtually reality headsets.
